Olava is my first novel. The story is my heart and my soul and it was an inner healing journey for me to write the story. The novel is the dramatic life journey of the girl Olava whose name means ancestor and inheritor. Although the events in Olava's life is fiction, there are many elements from my own life and many readers have told me that this could be their story, too. The book was published in Danish in 2012, in Norwegian in 2014 and in English in 2017.
